Service/maintenance/repairs
Our technicians are fully trained to service, diagnose and repair all brands of heating, cooling and ventilation appliances. Our efficient, seamless service means you’ll have your system back up and running as quickly as possible.
Changing over faulty units
A changeover installation is one where we remove your existing system and install a new one. This process includes the removal and disposal of the existing system, plus electrical modifications for the new system.
New split systems & split ducted
All residential split systems are reverse cycle, inverter and capable of heating and cooling. Simply choose your preferred brand of competitively priced unit (Daikin, Mitsubishi or Panasonic) and have it installed by our fully qualified, licenced and insured in-house team. All electrical and plumbing certificates are provided, plus a 5-year warranty on air conditioning and a 6-year labour warranty.

Here’s how the process works:
- We’ll visit your site to assess your appliance or system.
- If you require a service, we’ll carry out a full audit and adjustment of your system. Any issues will be communicated immediately and, if required, we’ll provide you with a solution.
- If you require a repair, we’ll try to do this on the spot with the parts we carry. If the situation is beyond the scope of instant repair, we’ll provide a repair and/or replacement quote.
- For all repairs and servicing, you’ll receive photo evidence of our work and a full written report.
