We are a family-owned and operated heating and cooling business servicing residential and commercial businesses throughout Melbourne and beyond.
Paul Cail established 21 Celsius in 2006. With a background as an aircraft engineer with Ansett and Qantas, Paul relied on air conditioning in the bedroom to help him sleep after night shift. Having grown up in a family business, it seemed a natural progression to start one himself. Paul began installing split systems, taking on his first employee before long. Over time, he grew 21 Celsius with a focus on split systems, maintenance and repairs, eventually diversifying from residential into the construction industry.
Our team
We now have an in-house engineering and drafting team, along with a dedicated team looking after our residential customers. 21 Celsius is a trusted service provider for RACV Club Home Response, looking after heating and cooling issues for their members. So we can continue to provide all our clients with the highest quality service, we’re committed to ongoing training and development for our technicians.
Our approach
We work differently from other heating and cooling repair companies, covering all trades in the industry with our in-house teams. This includes refrigeration mechanics, mechanical plumbers and electricians who specialise in HVAC. Most other providers sub-contract some or all of these services out. Keeping this in-house means improved project efficiencies, total accountability, and higher quality work for you, guaranteed.
‘I arranged through RACV Club Home Response for a new air conditioning unit to be installed at our investment property when the old one broke down. 21 Celsius was very helpful in organising a replacement unit, which is much better quality than the old one and at a much better price than what another company quoted. I was kept up to date with the progress, from obtaining quotes to installation of the unit. 21 Celsius is a reliable business providing excellent quality products and services at a reasonable price.’
